Team Captain instructions:  When registering as a Walker, you can choose the blue “Add A Team” option and create your own team.  You would then ask other people to join your team and walk.  Make sure you give them the team name and instruct them to choose the team from the drop down menu when the register.  All walkers must register online.  Team Captains will be asked to pick up their teams T-Shirts prior to the Dream Walk in order to distribute them.

Recruiter:  You may also be a Liaison for your church.  Please choose the Recruiter option and enter your information along with what church you will be the Liaison for.  Walkers from your church will then be able to select you as their Liaison and be associated with the church. Church Liaisons will be asked to pick up T-Shirts for their walkers who do not participate with a team prior to the Dream Walk in order to distribute them.

Walker instructions:  Choose the Participate button on the landing page and choose Walker.  There is an online registration form you will have to fill out.  All walkers must register online.  After registering, you will get your own landing page on the site and will be able to direct donors there via email and social media.  Donors can also go to our website to get to the Dream Walk page and then enter your name to find you as a Walker.  If you are registering to walk on someone’s team, choose the team from the drop down menu.  If you are not participating with a team and would like to walk individually, you can select the option “I do not have a team”.  You will also be asked if you are participating with your church.  If you are, please enter the name of the church and then select your church liaison from the drop down menu.  If you are not participating with a church, do not enter anything in the church field and choose the “I do not have a church liaison” option.  If you are not participating with a church or a team, you will need to pick up your own T-Shirt.

Donor instructions:  Please select “Give” on the landing page and identify which Walker you would like to donate for.  The Walker will be notified on their page and the total will be added to their goal.

Below are forms you may need:  You can print out "Dream Walk Flyers" to take with you as you ask people to make a donation for your participation.  You can also print out the "Donation Reminder Cards" to pass out so people can do it later if they are busy.  If you have a donor who does not want to donate online, you can print out the "Walker Donation Form" and fill it out.  Please collect the money and bring it with you on the day of the Dream Walk along with the form.  Please try to get as many people as possible to do their donation online.  If you know of a business who might like to sponsor the Dream Walk, you can print out materials below for them and ask them to get in touch with us at jenniferfagenbaum@familypromisessc.org but there is a deadline of October 20th to get sponsor names printed on the T-Shirts.
