Family Promise of South Sarasota County is looking for dedicated individuals to join us in our mission to make a positive impact in our community and on our families! We have several volunteer opportunities throughout the year such as Office Angels, Special Events, Advocate, Bridge Volunteer, Committees and so much more! Events
We host several events throughout the year and we need our volunteers to help make those events successful! Several of our events occur every year, such as Dream Walk and Ducky Derby.
Volunteer roles for events consist of things such as set up and breakdown, checking in or registering guests, or running a fun activity table.
Home Goods Pantry
We have a Pantry of items we can share with our families. This is built based on donations from the community. Volunteers help organize and inventory items so we can find things easily and determine anything we may be missing.
Advocate
Anyone can help raise money: individuals, organizations, businesses, churches, clubs, etc. Art Fairs and birthday contributions through social media are just a few examples of the generous creativity of sponsors. Please contact us for more info on using our marketing materials.
